“Who needs the gym when you have the Infinity Hoop!"

"I lost my first link in 1 week"

"I HATE GOING TO THE GYM, I’ll rather do this for 30 minutes"

"I was eating my feelings and hated how I looked."

At my worst, I weighed over 600 pounds. Food was my escape from everything, stress, sadness, loneliness. I ate to feel better, but it only made things worse.

I avoided mirrors, photos, and people. I felt trapped in a body I didn’t recognize.

As I got older, the pain got worse, inside and out. I was willing to try anything… I even tried zempic. Still, nothing felt sustainable.

I Instantly Regretted it...

And let me tell you, I felt everything.

The nausea. The stomach pain. Constant exhaustion. I could barely eat without feeling sick, and yet… the weight didn’t move like I’d hoped. I felt miserable, weak, and honestly, defeated.

Then one night, scrolling through my phone, I saw a video of someone using the Infinity Hoop. It looked fun, actually fun. Something clicked in me. I wasn’t looking for another punishment… I just wanted to feel good in my body again.

So I gave it a shot.

I started the 30-Day Challenge at over 600 pounds… and something shifted

At first, I just committed to 5 minutes a day. But what really kept me going was the Infinity Hoop community.

I wasn’t alone. Other women were showing up, sharing wins, picking each other up on the hard days. That support kept me accountable, and motivated.

By week two, I had more energy, less pain, and for the first time, I wanted to move.

The weight started coming off. But even better? I finally felt proud of myself.

A few Months in.. I Lost Over 250 Pounds

Real weight loss doesn’t happen overnight. And trust me, I learned that the hard way.

I tried the shortcuts. Pills. Starvation diets. zempic. They all came with side effects, burnout, or disappointment. Every quick fix left me feeling worse.

But hooping? That felt different. It was fun. Simple. Something I could actually enjoy.

Now when I look at videos of myself hooping, smiling, laughing, feeling free, I see someone who finally found a way out.

But I didn’t do it alone.

The real game-changer was the community that kept me going when I felt like giving up…
